Photograph Your Charts

ChatGPT (and Claude) can analyse images — including screenshots of your TradingView charts. You can take a screenshot on your iPhone or Mac, share it directly into the ChatGPT app, and ask questions about what you're seeing. This is one of the most underused capabilities for traders.

Open TradingView → screenshot the chart you want to discuss (press the side button + volume up). Open ChatGPT app → new chat → tap the photo icon → select your screenshot → type your question. Try: 'This is a daily chart of [stock]. What patterns do you see? Where is support and resistance? What does the MACD / RSI / moving averages suggest?' Then have a conversation about it.

Good questions for chart analysis: • 'Describe what you see on this chart' • 'Is this a bullish or bearish setup and why?' • 'Where are the key support and resistance levels?' • 'Has this stock broken out or is it still consolidating?' • 'What would need to happen for this to be a buy signal?' Remember: AI gives you an analysis, not a guarantee. It's a second opinion, not financial advice.
