Basic groups cap at 200 members. When you need more — or want admin features — Telegram automatically converts to a Supergroup (up to 200,000 members). Supergroups unlock topics (threaded sub-conversations within one group), admin logs, slow mode, join requests, and full moderation tools.

Create one Supergroup per major client or project. Add client contacts and your team. Use Topics for: Updates, Invoices, Assets, Sign-off. Everything is searchable, archived, and on mobile. Replace scattered WhatsApp chains, email threads, and Slack channels with one organised space.
