Building Your Folder System
The 'Archive' Strategy
Swipe left on any chat → Archive. Archived chats disappear from your main list but are fully accessible. Use Archive for old client chats, completed projects, or rarely-needed contacts. Combine with a Mute to keep things truly silent.

💡 Pro Tip
You can add a folder to your home screen tabs — it appears as a tab at the top of the chat list. Swipe between folders without going into settings. Life-changing once you set it up.
